Deed Writer should be able to handle calculated inserts in the phrase option inserts.

This would allow for the phrase option inserts to use calculated values. Currently some phrases that we want to create as a phrase option have calculated values, but some do not.

Drainage Annotation rotation based on sheet view rotation
