I created the Civil Label for the 100’ elevation along a geometric element, but I want to be able to pick where the labeling starts and not at the start of the geometric element.

I want to establish a target to start the 1st label at a prompted click location. For example: Alignment starts at STA 12+65.00, but I want the labeling to start at 13+00.00 every 100'. So I first select the geometric element (Target 1), then I select Station 13+00.00 to start the 100' labeling.
