Our industry requires to provide accurate horizontal alignment's annotation which shows element's length between turnouts (not only length of whole plan elements). This is what could be done by "Switch Height Plan" tool in Power Rail Track (PRT).

To show you what we need to achieve, I'm attaching a video demonstrating how it worked great and automatically in previous version of software (PRT). As you can see in the video, I have one mainline on which I have one turnout and one siding track. The turnout is located in the middle of an arc (it divides the arc into two parts). When I display switch height plan, it does not show length of whole arc, but separate lengths: from beginning of the arc to the turnout and from the turnout to end of the arc.
