Corridor Modeler Point Control: include column(s) for controlling geometry Merged

In addition to adding a column for the name of the point being controlled (as previously requested), we'd also like to see a column or columns added for the controlling geometry... and the ability to change that from a pulldown in the table. It's easier/more convenient/more intuitive to edit this info from the table than selecting the control and moving the area on the right.
