Copy an alignments from file to file with H+V+Cant+Turnout

Actually H+V+Cant can be only achieved through XML export/import.
Turnouts are lost.

It could help and simplify to have a command to copy an alignment from a file to another. Similary than what is happening when creating a civil cell, it would be great to see (highlight) geometry dependencies, so at least H+V+Cant+Turnout.
