The Live Load (LL) library in LBS currently allows importing .cs3 files, which are legacy formats from the stand-alone versions of CONSPAN and CONBOX (see screenshot below). However, in the latest releases of LBC under OpenBridge Designer (OBD), it's unclear how to generate or access .cs3 files.

Despite this, LBS users still need to import a large number of vehicles—especially for rating purposes—many of which originate from LBC. The ability to import LL data into LBS remains essential, as demonstrated by the usefulness of the Read from LEAP feature.

A more streamlined or updated method for importing vehicle libraries from LBC into LBS would greatly improve workflow efficiency.
