It would be very helpful if there was a way to simply Add a Conduit to an existing Profile Run. For example, I have a storm network modeled and a bunch of drawings created by using a Profile Run, but now I needed to add another conduit at the end of the network which daylights a slope. There does not seem to be an option to add that last conduit to the existing Profile Run. This is very problematic because now I have to create a "New" Profile Run and redo all my profiles etc. You should be able to just right click the profile run in the explorer and choose add conduit or something.
