Opernroads Drainage - HGL versus Headwater Merged

Currently the headwater for a culvert is shown as the 'Upstream Structure Hydraulic Grade Line'. The headwater and the Hydraulic Grade Line are two separate analysis. The current labeling by ORD is NOT intuitive to desingers OR reviewers. Please separate these analysis, and label them appropriately.
