Variable that stores Format Options and makes them predefined in a workspace.

Currently as an OpenRoads Designer user, when the user changes the Format Options, the changes are stored on the user’s computer. This results in many different options being used in delivered reports. I would like to have an environment variable that would allow us to store these options in a file in our workspace and have every user have the same options predefined, because our management wants consistency in the delivered reports.

    If not controlled by workspace variables (which would be preferred), a consideration would also be to allow for the FormattingOptions.xml to be able to be delivered as part of a workspace as a preference seed similar to a seed upf, or as a library file similar in nature to a geocoordinates favorite file. All of these options would allow for consistent delivery of report formatting across a workspace.
