Either add ability for multiple users to be in the same ITL and save the information. At the moment we run a separate ITL for segments of a project which leads to slight differences to similar items. It is cumbersome to use the template library organizer to copy and replace elements. We should be able to synchronize back to a common ITL so we can maintain a master that can be used by all and then user the library organizer only to copy new items to the master as needed. This will allow for consistency across projects and modelers.
