Profile Elevation Labels - just the middle major gridlines

City of San Diego doesn't currently label the Profile Elevations of the bottom major gridline and the top major gridline. OpenRoads doesn't differentiate between top and bottom and middle major gridlines. A toggle to disable Top and Bottom would help the City automate their process.
