Linear templates allow for the chosen template to be reflected to one side or the other of the baseline. It would be very helpful if corridors could do the same.
As an example, consider a straight regular road with a number of differing sideslope conditions. One on project, it could be possible to have curb & gutter, curb, paved shoulder, V-ditch, riprap flat-bottomed ditch, and guardrail. This could be modeled with one corridor for the pavement, with a corridor each for the left and right sideslopes. This would allow for simpler control via parametrics for the entire corridor instead of having to define parametrics for each and every linear template drop.
While linear templates allow a template to be reflected to one or the other side of the baseline, corridors do not. The same template could not be used for the left or right curb - there must be a Curb_Lt and a Curb_Rt. This doubles the number of templates that need to be created and maintained. It would be much easier if a corridor had the option to "reflect" a template at a template drop.
