I would like to file an enhancement request to create a report displaying geometrics, stations and offsets. I have attached an email with the details on how we would like the information displayed in the report.

Here’s the information from our meeting for the station offset reports.

I’m looking to see if a station offset report can collect and report the below information.

The report would need to report on a mix of points and curves. The information I need is:

• Point:

  • Station of mainline alignment

  • Offset of mainline alignment

  • X coordinate

  • Y coordinate

• Curve

  • Center (radius) Point Station of mainline alignment

  • Center (radius) Point Offset of mainline alignment

  • X coordinate of center point

  • Y coordinate of center point

  • Point of Intersection Station of mainline alignment

  • Point of Intersection Offset of mainline alignment

  • X coordinate of point of intersection

  • Y coordinate of point of intersection

  • PC Station of mainline alignment

  • PC Offset of mainline alignment

  • X coordinate of PC

  • Y coordinate of PC

  • PT Station of mainline alignment

  • PT Offset of mainline alignment

  • X coordinate of PT

  • Y coordinate of PT

  • Intersection Angle (sweep angle)

  • Degree of Curvature

  • Tangent Length

  • Length of Curve

  • Radius of Curve

We also include the alignment name (feature name) on our geometrics sometimes.

I’ve been looking at the Station Offset Report and the Point Feature Station Offset Elevation Report to see if that information is there.

The Point Feature Station Offset Elevation Report seems to get everything that we need for single points, minus needing to convert northing and eastings to X,Y.

The Station Offset report, however, doesn’t seem to get the information I need for the curves. All of that information would be on the horizontal geometry report, but that doesn’t provide station offset information. The station offset report seems to only be grabbing the stations, offsets, and XY coordinates of the PC and PT of the curve.

Would it be possible to get a report or 2 different reports that could find and format this information?
