We have built item types and a spreadsheet for title block management. It works, but with some issues that may be easy to solve. We are running excel spreadsheets for plan set management and looking to stream line the process.

1. The spreadsheet has to be open before opening the sheet to get the title block to update.

2. Changes in the spreadsheet are not dynamically updated or there is not the ability to synchronize while in a sheet.

3. If I have sheet 1 open, the title block updates with the correct information. However, if I go to sheet 2, the title block will update but with the information from sheet 1. In order to get sheet 2 information to be correct requires exiting ORD completely and then go back to sheet 2. Then the sheet 2 data updates. So, changing files requires exiting every time, which eats up a bunch of time.
