For now, the annotation of High and Low Points is very limited:
# only one Low Point is detected - multiple low points are ignored
# its is a linear3D annotation, and snaps on the annotations are not ruled (this intent is to be able to place drainage nodes at these low points so it is necessary to enable rules to these annotations
# For correct annotation of lines generated via Roadway Designer to be accurate (when superelevation is varying) , it would be necessary to allow creation of a ruled Key Station a the geometric location of the low point other wise the low point detected is tied to the existing template drops and won't be accurate.
At least enable https://openroads.ideas.aha.io/ideas/BCI-I-1462 to allow exact computation when there is no variation in slope.
