Currently it cascades to the bottom of the page below other files that have recently been opened. When using ProjectWise there is a delay of when the recent files appear on the list with Browse at the top. If Browse is selected before recent files appear, the last selected file is actually opened, and the user has to then go back and select a file after the file has opened.
