Currently, OpenRoads Designer does not support a native method for designing an end condition that targets both the terrain model and a specific elevation simultaneously without relying on external geometry such as contour lines or point controls.
This limitation restricts the ability to model scenarios where a slope or component must tie into the terrain precisely at a known elevation. To achieve this today, users are required to extract control elements—such as contour lines or alignment profiles—from the terrain model and use them as horizontal or vertical targets.
