When a text style like Tahoma05_CC has no color explicitly set, MicroStation behaves differently depending on how the text is placed:
Regular text placement: It correctly uses the color from the active level.
Contour labels (e.g., placed via terrain tools): These may default to Color 0 (white) unless the text style explicitly specifies ByLevel.
This inconsistency is due to how certain tools override default behaviors when the color is undefined in the style.
To ensure consistent color behavior across all placements need an additional color option for contour labels to make the workflow more flexible. Or option to text take color from parent.
