Openroads Horizontal Geometry has lines, arcs, and circle features. Add a rectangular civil geometry element. This would be used for site grading (building pad), instead of drawing 4 individual civil geometry lines and complexing together, a rectangle feature would be more efficient. Could expand this functionality, by adding a civil geometry Place parametric Orthagonal Shape (similar to the Microstation tool).
