Named Boundaries Dialog - Show Create Drawing Dialog button Merged

The Named Boundaries Dialog box an optional button for "Show Create Drawing Dialog". This setting should be enabled by default, or remove the button entirely. The dialog settings should be reviewed every time sheets are cut.

Can you add a little bit more information? We have a toggle that does this in both the Named Boundary creation dialog and the Named Boundaries management dialog.
