Settings from Design Model should sync all 8 views in the view group

The saved view reference setting "Settings from Design Model" synchronizes the level display (and other settings) from view 1 in the reference file to ALL views in the master file. One efficient method of producing plans is to have a different level display in each view to show different types of information. For example, view 1 may have levels for removals and view 2 may have levels for pavement markings. This method of producing plans is not possible using settings from design model because the level display is the same across all 8 views.

Reference setting for saved view reference attachment to synchronize "settings from design model" synchronizes the level display state from View 1 of the view group that the saved view was created from (this is often the "Default View Group"). When a multi-model view group is created and saved views are created from the multi-model group, the reference now synchronizes to View 1 of the multi-model view group instead of the default view group. Add an option to the reference attachment dialog to allow selection of the Model, View Number (allow selecting any view, 1-8), and View Group to synchronize to.

Saved view reference setting synchronizes level display from View 1, but synchronizes the display style from the saved view. A saved view can be created from any view number, not only view 1. When setting from design model reference setting is used, this can cause confusion because while the level display matches view 1 of the reference file, the display style matches what is stored in the saved view, and the level display settings recorded in the saved view properties can be different from what is displayed in view 1.
