When I create a parametric cell library for use in OpenBridge, the library isn't recognized as an option in the Place Bearings tool when working within TXDOT workspace projects. Even though the cells are correctly defined and referenced, they don’t appear in the selection list, which limits the ability to use custom or project-specific bearing components.
