We already have the ability to add multiple annotation groups to XS. Perhaps I want a group for my R/W Annotation, and then others for slopes, elevations, etc. I can do that. The issue arises when something needs to be updated.

Let's say for example I updated the R/W for a specific station range. I want the ability to REMOVE ONLY the Annotation Group for the R/W from ONLY that specific station range. In this way, all my other annotation placed from other groups would remain. This would be especially helpful if I have already cleaned up the annotation because it never comes in perfect for ever section.

Then I could place only my R/W Annotation Group back for that specific station range.

Overall, we need a lot more functionality than the all-or-nothing approach we currently have.
