Ability to manage outer/inner pipe wall symbology separate from linear/profile symbology settings.

Need the ability to see wall symbology but not centerline. If the centerline symbology is set to construction class so are the inside/outside walls and they don't print. If the centerline is set to 255 the inside/outside walls do display in print preview but then the centerline of the pipe is displayed.
