Now that the Civil Labeler definitions are stored within a dgnlib, i think it would be really useful to combine some functionality. Annotation Groups allow for annotating with text, cells, or lines. Adding with Label Definition would allow an annotation group to take advantage of some of the functionality built into the civil labeler, including boundaries around text (with a variety of shapes), associative leader lines that follow the display of a specified dimension style, etc. I know it wouldn't work for all cases (ex. label definitions with multiple selections wouldn't be possible), but even if it worked for just simple label definitions, I think it would be a huge benefit for functionality and would save a lot of time on the development side.
