Enable 3D annotation from 2D annotation

It would be advantageous to be able to link 3D annotation to 2D annotation. In order to be able to create stationing as 3D text on an alignment in a 3D model, you currently need to do it manually.

It would be desirable if you could link a 2D annotation group to a 3D annotation group for e.g. stationing. Other 3D annotation via e.g. Civil Labeler would also be great.

Today, a lot of time is spent on getting 3D text into 3D models. The 3D models are used in joint reviews between different technical areas.

    There's a work around for this:
    Attach the default model as an internal attachment to to Default-3D.

    Use your regular annotation groups.

    Alignment gets annotated in 3D.

    Remove default model attachment.

In both OpenRoads and OpenRail ConceptStation it would be very helpful to be able to add 3D text above tracks, roads and other objects for easier orientation when reviewing the model with project members.
