Please consider changing the Begin Offset and End Offset phrase calculated inserts in the respective .xml when using the Deed Writer tool. Users would prefer these calculated inserts to be absolute values in the reporting and then populate a newly created phrase calculated insert like “Left/Right Offset” to then populate the respective left or right determination by the positive or negative number association on the raw/initial Begin Offset and End Offset phrase calculated inserts. For example, users would not like to see negative offset values in the deed description and would like to avoid having to create left/right picklists or drop-downs for the correct determination on the offsets by hand. Please automate this like the Legal Reports report tool (Survey >> Geometry >> General Tools >> Reports). For example, the absolute value of the offset is reported and the right or left side of the alignment is automatically determined.
