When utilizing civil geometry to create a parcel and then creating a Legal Description report within the Civil Reports, the software add a leading zero to a bearing of less than 10 degrees. For example, "North 07 degrees 09 minutes 12 seconds West".

In our area, industry standard is to drop the leading zero on the degrees, but leave the others. For example, "North 7 degrees 09 minutes 12 seconds West".

This functionality changes a little when using Text Favorites. You are currently able to change the General Format > Leading Zero setting to Hide the leading zero, but it does this for the degrees, minutes, and seconds instead of just the degrees.
