Provide an option or new method to use the centerline radius (instead of inside lane radius) for divided highways that use a Crown pivot method. The Divided Inside pivot method already does this for divided highways that pivot about the inside lanes.

Currently the program uses the radius at the location of the inside of the lane to calculate rate and transition values. (Example for a 1000' radius curve, the radius for each of the lanes in the calculations is 1000, 1012, 1024, etc...) I would like the option to only use the centerline radius for all calculations.
