The deactivate rule toggle does not seem to function in the Superelevation editor in ORD 10.12 2022 Release 3. The model reprocesses after every edit that is entered in the editor table even when the "Deactivate" ruler toggle is selected. The toggle should function as it does in other areas of the software to "pause" reprocessing and allow multiple edits before toggling again to reprocess all the edits at once.
