Batch or Bulk Export to IFC

To export IFC data from a DGN, we currently have to manually export each DGN. It would be extremely helpful to be able to export multiple files at one time, similar to the way the batch converter can convert multiple files to DWG format.

Survey Cell Rotation within an sqlite file
