I'm unable to add a filter to the XS Annotations, when the name of the feature uses a double quote for the inch (") symbol

Hi guys, I am using the Subsurface Utility Engineering to draw water pipes. However, I don't know how to get the longitudinal section of all water pipes that I have drawn. Can you guys help me solve this problem?
