Annotate intersecting alignment point in cross section
I would like to see OpenRoads have the ability to annotate intersecting alignment on cross sections. The attached images illustrate what I am looking for.
It would be nice if Civil Labeler could have dynamic on/off leader. If the label text is moved x.xxm away from insertion point, the leader become visible.

Allow for LP/HP for terrains to have both Point and Text shown at the same time
When zooming out, the points are shown. When zooming in, the points are hidden and the text is shown. I'd like for the point to always be shown and have the text be dynamic.
