Add Thinning option to the LandXML Terrain Import

We need the ability to add thinning option to the LandXML Terrain Import like when we import Terrain from Point Cloud, and it gives you the options to filter the points using the TIN or TILE method.

Show location in plan while in profile

Currently you can use "analyze point" to see where you are at in the plan view while in a profile. I want the location line in plan to show up all the time while I am in a profile so I know where I am at.

Label all active points in Dynamic XS view

I imagine the interface would look similar to the template library, including the ability to turn off all point names, if desired. I'd still keep the head's up info when hovering on a point.
