Restore a tool similar to the removed "Asset Manager"

in the new ORailD / ORD we removed the "Asset Manager" tool; in my opinion this tool is useful for several workflow to assign Item types values from an external souce like Excel and avoid the manual attribution of the Item Values.

Add option for suffix (pos and neg) to Slope Format

In format options for slope annotation we can define prefix for positive and negative values. please add the option to add a suffix. This would allow to annotate for example XS Slopes like so: <2.0% this way or 2.0%> the other way

Move IP to change vertical alignments

Editing the location of an intersection point by just clicking and moving it was possible in PowerRail track - can we have that functionality back as it's a good tool to quickly see changes in alignment when optioneering.

Control Precision of Terrain High and Low Points

Control precision of High and Low point annotation in Element Templates instead of reading "Accuracy" in Design File Settings. Set precision in the Element Template>Calculated Feature Settings>High/Low Points settings.
