Allow users to see horizontal and vertical alignments while in view only mode.

Clip 2d geometry same as 3D corridorclip

When a corridor clip is applied, the 2D geometry is not affected by that corridor clip, only the 3d mesh is clipped. I would like an option to choose whether you'd also like to clip the 2D geometry.
