Snapping to arc/spiral end in profile

I would highly recommend to let user to snap to arc or spiral end in profile design. As you can see in the attached video I can't find intersection between profile alignment and vertical line that indicates arc/spiral end. To find intersection b...

Annotate invert and crown elevations of conduit anywhere along its length instead of just the start and end

We would like to be able to set up annotation groups to annotate the invert and/or crown elevations of a conduit along its length using set station intervals. Currently, there are only start/end invert/crown elevation text favorite fields.

Change Inline Civil Labeler to a Three Data Point Process

Currently when placing an inline civil label along a drainage pipe, the prompts are 1) "Select Elements > Identify X" and 2) "Select Elements > Place Label" which sets both the rotation and placement of the label. It would be better to split...

IFC export: 3D line styles and Mesh export

3D line styles are a powerfull tool, but if the ifc can't export it, they don`t mean much in a BIM world. Possibility to export them (barriers, Posts, Signs, ...) is a major breakthrough for OpenRoads/OpenSite BIM capabilities. The same goes for m...

Rename terrains, linear templates, surface templates and other elements by selecting from Explorer list>(right click) Properties

At the current OpenRoads version, we need to select the terrains at 3D view then click properties in order to rename. It would be better if it can be renamed just by selecting the terrain name from Explorer list>(right click) properties.

Export Drainage Model to 2D Linework

It would be nice to be able to export a drainage network into 2D linework that can be edited for plan sheets. Currently, we don't use our modeled files directly in our plan sheets as we cannot adjust the conduit line styles and it takes longer to ...

Geometry Overlapping Linear elements.

Whenever you have a Geometry and used shared line (e.g. Lots), There should be a tool to remove duplicate/overlapping lines. Its problematic if we use a special linestyle with gaps and when the two line on top of each other it will look like a sol...

Ability to append, join, or combine individual alignments and have it hold the sub alignment stationing, which would create station equations

In Geopak, we had the ability to take individual alignments and create an overall alignment from a subset of alignments and it would hold the individual stationing for each alignment, creating station equations. There is no way to do this in ORD u...

Use Analyze Point Tool in Sheet/Drawing Models

We need to be able to track alignment data to check sheet annotation. Would be very helpful to have an easy way to do this in sheets. Since an alignment or terrain would still need to be selected, the sheet scale shouldn't matter. This would work ...
