Create a Break Island Feature Type for Terrain Extraction
Much like the "Break Void" line where the elevation of the graphic is honored in the Terrain, a "Break Island" should also exist to prevent improper triangulation.
The current connection region of drainage nodes are available for the side faces of node only. The software should allow the connection region of pipe/conduit from the bottom of the node.
