Need modeling of curved wing walls

Currently in OBM wingwalls can only be modeled straight (and skewed). We need to be able to model curved wing walls, i.e. on a horizontal curve.

Georeferenced Sheet Models

Sheet models do not inherit the coordinate system from the Design model when created. The goal is to be able to create a georeferenced pdf that lays flat on aerial photography.

Analyze Volume Terrain model misses the old "Triangle Volume report" option

When using the "Analyze Volume Terrain model" tool the only way to save the result is to place a text in the dgn file. As in the legacy product (PowerCivil/InRoads) we need to be able to save a report (eg. using TriangleVolumes.xsl) ...it should b...

Staged Construction Optionality

Staged construction is a very common construction methodology. The current process of modeling staged construction in OBM is to model each stage as separate bridges. This creates problems when modeling a steel I-girder bridge as the cross-frames b...

Text file input for beam layouts and bridge geometry or bgs input

It would be nice if we could input a text file that contains all geometry information into the program and it would be created automatically

Detection of clashes between rebars

When modeling a 3D concrete element like a bent cap with all the reinforcment, it would be helpful to have a tool to detect a clash between bars like minimum/maximum permitted spacing between them, or minimum clear cover to concrete edges, which r...

Prestressed Concrete Girder Beam End Cuts & Clips

It would be great if we could control the vertical end cut orientation of the concrete girders: Normal (as is) and Vertical (plumb to the world). Also, we often have to clip the corners of girders when bridges are on heavy skew. Would be nice to b...

Include Custom Beam Type in Beam Definition for Steel Bridges

For Steel bridge modelling, for the beam definitions, the only possible options are defining rolled or built-up shapes or defining Tub Girders. It would be very beneficial to have an option or steel beams to define custom cross sections similar to...

Camber on the beam, Beam need to be curved and follow the underside of the deck without gaps- Australia specific

The current beam hog modeling behavior is not as expected. While deck thickening can be applied, the supporting beams remain straight and do not conform to the underside profile of the deck. In reality, the beams should follow the curved shape of ...
