In the Create Template editor add a list similar to the Point Name List for Components

This would enable users to quickly edit the component feature definitions for templates in the library.

Ability to change civil labeler border sizes

The borders that can be used for the civil labeler tool are different sizes. The ability to modify the sizes would help in adjusting the size based on the user needs. The dimension styles have this ability for the symbols used around the text.

Add the ability to place banks of conduits.

Electrical and Communications conduits are usually placed in banks of multiple conduits of say 12 conduits which may be of different sizes.

When using the Set Feature Definition tool on non-civil geometry, have it include Item Types attached to Feature Definition.

Currently, when using the Set Feature Definition tool to assign a Feature Definition to a non-civil element (ie a dumb MSCE line) it does not include the Item Types that are attached to the Feature Definition.
