Add Support for 3D Cut on Closed Alignments

Currently, The 3D cut does not work on the closed alignment's profile model. This is required specially in the case of Roundabouts. We can not create a 3D cut on the Roundabout profiles.

Don't process corridor for change of disabled Point Control or Parametric Constraint

Not sure why it does this, but it doesnt make sense that the software processes when these are changed although they are disabled. To aid in productivity, especially for large corridors, the corridor should check if the Point Control / Parametric ...
