Add ability to hide/show Utility Property Fields using Customize Properties tool

This request is about adding the ability to Customize Properties- For Utilities; See attached document. This works for Drainage but not Utilities.

Unable to edit invert or grate elevation of any node when a channel is connected to it.

Whenever a channel is connected to a node, the grate elevation or invert elevation is not able to be edited. The channel has to be deleted, node invert/grate could be edited, then the channel has to be replaced. This is very inefficient loop aroun...
